IT Services are currently unable to assign new Microsoft 365 (M365) licences to a number of student IT accounts. We are still unable to issue new M365 licences for staff, however it is hoped this will also be resolved later today. The licensing issue for students is now resolved with Microsoft and IT Services are in the process of assigning M365 licences to students awaiting one.
